Chubb Monitoring Centre

Urban Core was engaged to design and construct the office fit-out and a Grade A1 monitoring centre (AS2201.2) for Chubb’s relocation in Rydalmere. This included all ancillary spaces, such as storage cages, fire extinguisher building workshops, and a diesel generator, distribution boards and sub-mains, and new power, lighting, emergency lighting and communications services.
