Darling Park Tower

Darling Park is an iconic office precinct located on the eastern shore of Darling Harbour. Outstanding and diverse office space, stunning waterfront views. This project was Urban Core’s first major refurbishment. It included the replacement of the two escalators, the façade cladding replacement with fire rated cladding and some hospitality operators, shopfront fitout. Lastly, there were also an overall refresh of the ground floor lobby.
