Quincy Hotel Remedial Works

The Quincy Hotel Works project involves extensive mechanical pipework and passive fire-rated compliance across 30 levels. Focused on enhancing safety, functionality, and durability, the project introduced an innovative gantry-like structure on the roof to elevate the pipework, improving access for future servicing and extending the lifespan of the mechanical systems. This redesign replaced the original plan to rerun the pipework along the floor, providing a more efficient long-term solution.
