Randstad was a complex project as the client’s objective was to consolidate their existing three premises (in separate CBD locations) into one. The aim was to collocate all staff into one location to realize the benefits of collaboration and knowledge sharing. After an extensive premises search Randstad had settled on 83 Clarence Street for 4 levels. The intent was to partially refurbish levels 7, 8 and 10 whilst Level 9 required a full make good and new fitout. All levels had to be handed two by two (Levels 7 &8 and then Levels 9 &10), however not all existing locations’ leases were finishing at the same time.
