Swing Factory, Terrey Hills

After a successful collaboration in Victoria, Urban Core helped build Swing Factory's Terrey Hills venue combining entertainment, hospitality and industry-leading technology. The result was spectacular. We took responsibility for the the post-game celebrations: a design and construct including front-of-house restaurant, dining room and bar, cool rooms and a full commercial kitchen. A sustainability focus meant make-goods on the ceiling grid and tiling, saving money and materials. Our client and client-side PM Greg Sheridan loved the result – a palette with personality and an energetic interior which brought our talents to the fore.
